X-Mouse Button Control (XMBC) is a free tool for Windows that allows you to re-configure and remap mouse buttons to expand the capabilities of your mouse.
get the attached file
extract and install
right click the toolbar icon and choose Setup
in the right Setup pane find Middle Button and in the dropdown next to this option click on Disable
click Apply then Close the Setup
